Founder

Stella Azenabor

Barrister & Solicitor

Zena Law Office is founded and led by Stella Azenabor, a lawyer licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

She was first called to the Bar in Nigeria in 2011 and is admitted to practise law in Nigeria. She later obtained her Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) in 2024 and was licensed to practise law in Ontario in 2025.
Stella began her legal career in Nigeria as a corporate lawyer with Mac Benson Consults in Lagos, advising clients on commercial transactions, contractual matters, corporate compliance, and dispute resolution. This experience established a strong foundation in structured legal analysis, risk assessment, and advisory work within a commercial legal environment.

She later worked with the Edo State House of Assembly, where she was involved in legislative drafting, statutory interpretation, and legal advisory services. In that role, she collaborated with lawmakers and government stakeholders to translate policy objectives into effective legal frameworks.

Following her relocation to Canada, Stella completed her articling term at Alalade Law Professional Corporation in Brampton, gaining experience in Ontario-based legal practice and client representation. She subsequently continued her practice with a focus on family law, immigration law, corporate & commercial law, criminal law, civil litigation, real estate, wills and estate planning, and notary services.

Her practice is grounded in careful preparation, clear communication, and ethical advocacy. She places strong emphasis on ensuring that clients understand their legal position and remain informed throughout each stage of the legal process.
